When you're ready to build your dream home with a custom home builder in Bend, Oregon, you've got plenty of choices. Great choices, even. Here's why Seven Bridge is different: We take on fewer custom home-building projects than the other luxury firms. Because our top priority is quality. The best materials, the best craftsman, the best subs, the best attention to detail, and the most satisfied clients.
The result is an exquisitely-crafted custom home that stands the test of time, a home that feels like a work of art, built to cutting-edge standards - where every detail is carefully considered and no shortcuts are taken. And in order to exceed your expectations from beginning to end, we are 100 percent focused on you. Not 12 of you. What's more, our relationship doesn't end when you move in. Even long after the home-building process is complete, we stand by our commitment to quality.

Services
Third-generation builder and craftsman David Hesla launched David Hesla Construction in 1992, focusing on high-end finish work for luxury homes in Eugene and Klamath Falls. A native Oregonian, David transitioned to operating a full slate of general contracting services as Hesla Construction in 1996, before moving to Bend in 2010 and re-branding as Seven Bridge in 2014.
A 33-year veteran of the building and construction industry, David's breadth of experience means there are few home-building challenges that he hasn't faced and overcome. What does that mean for our clients? Peace of mind knowing that your home will be built to the highest standards, and that the process will be as pleasing as the house itself.
Giving back to the communities in which we do business is part of what makes us tick here at Seven Bridge. A cause particularly close to David's heart is one that touches just about everyone these days - cancer. Net proceeds from the sale of the house - totaling nearly $75,000 - went to the St. Charles Foundation in Bend to support cancer care and survivorship.
In addition to custom luxury homebuilding in Bend and Central Oregon, Seven Bridge considers select opportunities statewide to create, build and develop high-quality, lifestyle-driven neighborhoods. Featuring sustainable, energy efficient homes surrounded by open spaces, we are committed to the same attention to detail and top-quality craftsmanship in our subdivision projects as we are with our custom clients.
As a custom home builder, David Hesla has enjoyed being involved in many charitable building projects over the years. Our project that was presented for the Tour of Homes 2014 was a long-time dream and personal goal for David. While pursuing the goals of its founder, Seven Bridge, Inc. had the pleasure of working with some of the best subcontractors and material suppliers in the industry.
