Mark W. Todd architects may be a solid residential architectural firm but beware that this does not translate into commercial projects. They approach a commercial project similar to residential in which they only submit a "builders set of plans" which is lacking many critical details and specifications. This leaves the Owner liable for many justifiable change orders from the General Contractor.
Beware that while their design fee may seem appealing on the front end, at least in our experience, we ended up paying many times more than the difference between then next architectural firm we interviewed
