Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! They answered all my questions on the phone, and let me come in near the end of the business day to peruse cabinetry and offered me some free samples, even though they did not service my area.

Wonderful visit to Builders Kitchen. Jackie was extremely helpful and efficient. The layout of cabinet setups were seperate finished rooms containing differing styles of cabinets. Each area also houses drawer front models, door models or knobs. Still waiting for quote. Will be in next business day.

Products are very high quality however, staff is not detail oriented, hard to get a hold off and forgetful. At install, the counter top damaged the cabinet and the answer was to put a skin over the damage rather than replace the damaged product.
Highly recommend, seeing if another store offers better support first to prevent issues later on.

After 9 years the finish on our kitchen cabinets had yellowed and the paint had flaked off in several areas. I called Builders Kitchens to get a recommendation of someone who could paint our cabinets. They came out to assess the finish and worked with the factory representative to have all of our doors and drawer fronts replace! While we incurred the expense of instillation and getting the frames painted, we are pleased that we now, thanks to Builders Kitchens, have a “new” kitchen! We appreciated the EXCELLENT customer service and would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic selection of cabinets.. Everyone there is freindly and well informed. Much better feel than Curtis Lumber or Lowe's or Home Depot. Everyone there is very professional.

The staff is very arrogant and condescending. I would not recommend coming here especially with so many options in the area. I do about 2 kitchen renovations for my property management company a month, the sales associate treated me very poorly.
