U.S. Bug Squad FL

So I didn’t actually use the business, but my 2 year old son and I were riding bikes through our neighborhood. A US Bug Squad van drove by and my son started waving as he does to most cars. The van slowed and the guy inside rolled down the window and waved back. My son asked, “what’s your name?”
The guy waved back and responded cheerfully, “My name is John!” And then drove away.
Though I haven’t actually used their service, I thought it was very kind of John to take time to greet my son and introduce himself. Not many people do that for him since they’re typically in too much

When I moved to our new rental, there were fire ants EVERYWHERE in the yard. I couldn't let my toddler or dogs play out there. Within a month of the lawn being sprayed, the ants were mostly gone. One time fee of around $100 for my size ywar and I can call them to come spray again as many times as I need for a year. I have had them come out twice more for ants (just in case) and use them to spray for fleas as well and have had no issues. Responsive and reasonably priced.

I have used US Bug Squad since moving to FL and have been truly satisfied with their service. The technician is professional and always helpful advising additional services. I have had zero issues with insects in my home and yard. I am glad I was able to find them.

Technician was very polite and thorough. I had ants in my kitchen and even though they did not spray inside they put down a treatment around the house to stop the ants from coming inside. After a week of treatment I haven't seen any more ants!

US Bug Squad is an amazing service. When I first called them I had a big palmetto & fire ant problem on my property. 2 years later with regular maintenance I am smooth sailing. Love their service & how if I have any questions they always have an answer 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone from the US Bug squad is great! They do a wonderful treating my lawn and I even get free treatments from time to time. When I first moved to my home 2 1/2 years ago, I would see giant spiders (the size of a golf ball) in my house every so often. Once they started coming out, I would no longer see them. They call you in advance for treatments. If you do not want to use their service that month, you can gladly decline (if you're not in contract). I would definitely recommend US Bug squad.

I think the guy who does our yard is named John and he seems like a good dude. Chuck and Ryan both seem like good guys. I like doing business with them. They make sure that we don't have bugs and offer to come back out for free to retreat if needed...but so far there hasn't been a need. We've been using the service for about 18 months now and haven't had any issues. It's been nice!

My sister recommended this company to me, after moving into my newly constructed home. I am very pleased with their work. Haven't seen a bug since they began treating my house. If you're looking for a great company, I suggest using them.

We moved into a new construction home, which at the time, had bugs and ants galore. Well, that all changed when US Bug Squad came out and began their regiment. I can honestly say, we haven’t had a bug problem since. I have recommended them to neighbors, friends and family. People you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I have to say that I do not agree with the bad reviews that I just read. They call me ahead of when they are going to be in the area..depends on the time of year...can be monthly or longer. I would not call that harassment but on top of your service! I have been very happy with the results. When I am experiences an unusually large amount of bugs, mostly lake flies & mosquitos they give me a more intense spray which always does the trick! I am happy with my service & the results of their service.

The company has since paid me back what I paid them. They did try to change my opinion of them.
