Doug is the man. My cat sprayed on the carpet leaving a big stain and causing the apartment to smell so bad it was hard to be in there. Doug came and knocked out the stain and smell in a couple minutes, and gave me instructions on what to do if the smell came back at all. Super kind helpful person. If you need your carpet cleaned/repaired this is the company to call!

Doug was great! Friendly and professional. My carpet is about 10 years old, had spots/stains. Was starting to buckle in a few spots. I called Doug he came out in two days, gave me an estimate that was reasonable. He came out the following week, stretched a few areas and re-tacked them. Cleaned everything and got out all the spots. It looks great and will service at least a few more years. I would highly recommend.

We have a 2 year old house with thick pile carpet that started bunching up in ridges and needed to be stretched in a few rooms and in our upstairs hallway. Doug did a great job, took a few hours and he had to cut a new seam in the hallway and you can't see it unless you know where to look (and even then it's tough.) Will use him when it's time to clean the carpets. Great work!

Needed to have a couple of rooms carpet cleaned to get it ready to put the house on the market. They picked up the first time I called and we had it scheduled for a few days later. They were right on time and did a great job. And amidst the COVID 19, took all appropriate precautions. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

I guess this is another proof positive, you get what you pay for.
When Doug arrived, we showed him all carpeted areas needing cleaning... As he was bringing his equipment in, i told him i was aware not all of the stains were removable.. He glanced around at the carpet & said, "yea, i think they're all probably removable"
Whatever i thought, he would see! My carpets hadn't come really clean/clear of stains in so many years!
I had to leave to an appointment while Doug was still hard at work...
Imagine my surprise when i came home to stain free carpets in my entry, staircase, & hallway,,etc!!

I called Super Doug to get my carpets cleaned. He was able to get me scheduled quickly, and worked with my schedule.
