Good people to work with !! They took the time to help me find what I needed for my vinyl flooring, explained what I was looking at time wise if it had to be ordered. Let me know their time-frame for installation. They came out within 2 days to measure my floors. Definitely recommend these folks !!

Carpet was installed nicely but they didn’t put some of my doors back on correctly and I’m missing over $100 in some personal items. I’ve explained the problem to them but they don’t seem to care much.

Had rolled vinyl installed and it is not right! They came back to fix it and it’s still not right. Trim was not put back down correctly. Also had carpet intalled and the seam is very noticeable even after they came back to fix it. Do not recommend!

Very nice and professional people. A large selection of all types of flooring at a great price. The owner's name is Ron and his heart is as big as he is. I have been a customer of his for years. He has always treated me right. If you are looking for carpet I would check out Gettysburg carpet first.

We had scheduled carpet to be installed today a month ago... they show up today with the wrong carpet so they leave to get the right carpet and then call to tell us that the carpet we ordered a month ago was not in stock... ok fine so we pick something else that is in stock but at 3 pm it's too late for the installers to come back 🤔 ok so tomorrow? Oh, nope sorry cant get back until the 23rd... my house is torn apart and now I'm being told we have to just deal with it for 3+ weeks. Awful customer service! Dont waste your money.

This place was a joke!!! I was told my flooring would be in 2 weeks, okay great paid cash! We will call you to confirm when flooring will be in! Never received a call! When I finally call, flooring won’t be in until another 2 weeks December 5! Needless to say I picked up my own flooring at their warehouse! The warehouse gentleman (the only super… nice person) loaded 7 boxes to much of someone else’s flooring in my truck!! Someone calls says they will send someone to pick it up!!! 1 month later it’s still sitting at my house!! My flooring was installed by someone I had to

Awful service!!! Numerous trips to my grandparents house for install only to have excuse after excuse didnt order enough or print was discontinued this occurred on carpet and vinyl flooring!!! And AFTER they took their money!!!
