My cats urinated/sprayed on our couch. We tried three or four different types of cleaner and none worked. I called she was able to squeeze me in the very next day. They were on time and the product they used removed the smell. Would highly recommend!

I’ve used them once before and was pleasantly surprised what their work ethic is. They’re not a couple teenagers that soak your carpet, and within 20 minutes they’re gone…with your carpet soaking wet, and the dirt wicking up in it. (S.S) I live in a 2 story…think about 20 minutes. I was so irritated. They didn’t send anyone else out! Shirley’s Chem Dry work like this is their home. Highly recommend them.

We had the team from Shirley’s out to clean light colored carpets in 2 rooms last week and are thrilled with the results! We have two dogs and the carpets were really a mess after the winter. They look like new! And they are on time and quick while being very professional and respectful.

I am absolutely blown away by this company!!! My husband accidentally got tar (LOTS of tar) on our new carpet. After a year of looking at it I called to have the carpets cleaned. I told them not to worry about the closet with the tar stain unless they thought it would come out. Sure enough it was completely out!!!!!!! After an entire year!!!!! I couldn’t be happier! I was sure the carpet was ruined hence why I didn’t call sooner! Thank you Shirley’s Chem Dry!!!

I’m so thankful a Google search on “allergen carpet cleaning” helped me find Chris and Debbie at Shirley’s ChemDry. They answered all my initial questions, came and did a fair estimate, and cleaned my carpets wonderfully. I had increased allergies after having Covid, which included pet dander and dust mites. Their solution has helped me breath much better in our home. Definitely will work with them again.

This is the first time I have used Shirley’s, but I have used Chem Dry at other homes we have owned in other states. Shirley’s Chem Dry took stains out of my carpet that other stain removers and cleaners could not. I am throughly impressed with their attentiveness to our concerns and completeness of the job. I would hire them back in a heartbeat.
