We offer in house design service, working intimately with you to establish the plans you will use to build your dream home. We also contract with multiple professional draftsmen to provide state and local approved plans for all your building needs on every level. We handle the planning and project management so all you have to do is make decisions on style and colors.

We will handle all the scheduling challenges for you to make your project run as smooth and simple as possible. We specialize in "on site, stick built" buildings, preferring to handle our framing in house, from the simplest small deck to multi-million dollar structures. Our largest build was a 24,000 + square feet, 16 unit executive apartment building at Greenwood Hills.

We also offer subcontract framing services to the best developers and builders in our area; including pre-fabricated structures for quicker turn around times. Gruett Construction is a full-service, start to finish, general contracting firm. As a small town, locally owned and family run business, we pride ourselves in being family owned and orientated.
