I cannot speak to their work or pricing; only their professionalism. My AC went out the other day. I reached out to Kinovate first based on a recommendation I received. Despite two unanswered phone calls and a left message, I received no callback. It's mid July, so I'm sure they're keeping busy, but nothing says "i don't value your business" like not responding to potential customers. They may do great work, but I'll never know.

Kinovate came out to our house RIGHT AWAY when our air conditioning went out. They went out of their way to get a new AC installed as quickly as possible. Whenever a challenge or warranty repair came up, they took care of it. Their service is unmatched. Very impressed with this company. You don't see service like this ever!

We used these guys once before and had a great experience.
So then we noticed water in our duct work and called them out to look at it. When talking to the gentleman on the phone he seemed to know what the problem was. The young man that came out had no idea what to do or what the problem was he was thinking the AC was not working. When I explained what the problem was he looked confused so I told him that the person I talked to at his company that it was A: clogged drain or B: the wrapping on the vent was compromised and water was getting into the system. ( we live in a mobile home ). When the

Kinovate responded quickly to my call when other local guys didn't. They came out to my house at 7:30pm (in the rain), and fixed my problem quickly and affordably. Service tech communicated with me as he was finishing up a job before heading to our house. Arrived on time, and gave us great service. Bought a house that had new furnace installed by this company. Had an issue and called. Stewart's name was on business card, never returned my call. Had another issue where vent (I think that is what it is called) to furnace was not sealed correctly. Water is leaking from it and causing rust to form on unit. This time my husband called and still not return call on this issue. Would not recommend this company as they do not honor their work. Furnace is a little over a year old.

Kinovate has been a pleasure to work with. Fom the time I called until the time they left my house after fixing my furnace, they were honest, professional, courteous, and prompt. The price was very competitive and I feel comfortable knowing I had such a reputable company fix my furnace. They gave me a life expectancy on my furnace and did not just automatically try and sell me a new one. I know who I will call when that time comes... Kinovate.
