Was attempting to get information regarding getting a garage door fixed. Woman that I spoke to was extremely rude and belittling. She did not take the time to try to understand what I was asking her. When I told her that I would have my husband call and speak with them to get better information (since she was not even giving me time to try to explain) she became condescending. Will definitely be finding another, more friendly, and less hostile place for our needs.

Just really nice folks, a good company. Friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and dependable. We’ve used them for replacement garage doors, a new opener on the door that was previously only manual, always prompt on the few service calls we’ve had over the years.Today the technician came out to install a whole new opener which is what I thought we needed, and had the unit on his truck. He checked it out and said he could easily fix the problem we had with the original unit’s design (not their product BTW, it was installed when the house was built) which saved us hundreds of dollars. Very satisified with technicians service repair from Don Johnson's. Service request was schedule when i called, was notified when techs were on their way, diagnosed problem within minutes of arrival, and had issue fixed within 30 minutes. Best Door Service in the Tri-Cities area! I called several with good reviews, but I am So glad I called Don Johnson's Door Service. The lady on the phone, was extremely knowledgeable and stayed on the phone & had me try a few things first, to make sure my Chamberlain Garage Door Opener was in need of repair. I had called a couple others with good reviews and the people answering phones knew nothing about my issue, and also could not quote me even a ballpark estimate to repair/replace my Garage Door Opener, it was just " well it costs this much for a service visit and our techs have parts on their
