Last year my husband and I inherited two foster dogs and we had no fence but lots of deer. I called several local fence companies and Tracy Hicks came out promptly, on schedule, and completed the estimate quickly. Tracy helped us get a temporary enclosure until the final dog pen was built. His crew was professional and adaptable when they ran into unforseen design changes.
In the year and a half since Tracy Hicks established his fencing business, his good reputation and his business have grown correspondingly. I treat every job as if it were mine-my fence, my home. Hicks has built 3 fences for us. One wooden privacy, black chain link, and a section of stone pillars with black metal panels in between. He is very responsive, easy to work with and he reserved the prices on the projects even though the prices went up 70%. He also installed two metal gates with remote controls. Great work!!!

Highly recommend Hicks fencing. Tracy Hicks and his team did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would - and they did it professionally and exceptionally. This is the 3rd home for which I've contracted large fence work. This is the first time, it was completed as I needed. I was so nervous about expanding my dog yard/building this new fence based on previous experience. The most important thing was that the fence was exceptionally built to actually contain my dogs :). We just had Hicks Fencing install a new iron boundary fence on our property. It was about 350 feet of fence with 2 single gates and a double gate. The Hicks team did a terrific job, with clean sight lines, strong construction, methodical attention to fine details, clean job site, diligent, meticulous workers, and competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation. They finished our job in under 4 days. We could not be happier!

We had 3 fence companies from Georgetown come and give us a quote on a new fence..consisting of partially privacy and the rest black chain link. My husband got such a good vibe from Tracy and appreciated the time he took to explain different options etc. He was also very reasonable in pricing. I am so glad we went with Hicks Fencing. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be more pleased with our fence and we were shocked with how clean they left the yard! Tray is a great, honest guy!

I could not be happier with the work done by Hicks Fencing Company. Our job was a very small job (only 2 short sides) to completely fence my backyard on a home we just purchased. We needed the work done ASAP so we could move into the house with our dogs. Tracy worked us into his schedule and got us done at least a week earlier than expected. The workmanship was great and they cleaned up very well. Highly recommend this company.

There is no room in this area for business's that are arrogant, have a lack integrity, cut corners, and are not customer oriented. That would be the case with Hicks Fencing. I made the mistake of contracting with this company for a residential fence project, in part because he claims to be "veteran owned and operated". In reality this slogan is a disservice to the true patriot servicemen and women who have integrity. I also had to clean up after his sloppy crew. He cuts corners, and left me with a project that was not completely finished, after I paid him in full. I trusted that

I find it difficult to trust the integrity of a business owner who rolls down the window and tells other drivers to "F@%k off" while violating multiple traffic laws.
Maybe you should exhibit better behavior and obey the law while driving a truck emblazoned with your business name.
I will definitely use other contractors for my projects.

Tracy knows how to install a fence! Six inch cedar pickets, 4"x4" posts sunk 24". He uses three 16' 2x4s per 8 foot section and staggers the seams as well as installs steel frames on the gates. All of this equals a very high quality fence. I received bids from four companies. Hicks was not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. I had a large fence (around 550 feet). The entire build took a week. Tracy and his crew were courteous, on time, and communicated throughout every step of the process. We recently bought a house in Georgetown and needed a partial fence to complete our yard. Tracy was recommended to me by one of the fence distributors so I called him as well as a few others. Tracy won us over on his excellent customer service as well as reasonable pricing. I can't say enough positive things about Tracy and his men. This was not a big job but, as our fence is wrought iron, still quite an expense (to us). Tracy treated us as though we were a large account.
