About a month ago I hired Phil and his crew to do some work at my home and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were very professional, kind, kept a clean work area, and they were very accommodating to my requests. I have now had 8 windows replaced including a bay window, an entry door and a storm door replaced, a small porch/entry way built at my front door and a sliding glass door replaced in the back of my home. I now have P Jacob Construction and Remodeling building me a new deck around my pool and a new enclosed sitting area off the back of my house. I am 100% happy with their workmanship

I had Phil and his crew replace a roof for me 3 months ago and the crew was a nightmare. It started to rain hard with the roof only 80% I asked to get the unfinished part of the roof to have a tarp put on it to weather the storm and Phil refused and said it was fine. I had to pay a separate contractor to come out at 9pm and tarp off my roof bc water was leaking in side. After that nightmare ended it seemed fine until 2 months later when a pretty bad leak happened again on the finished roof. I had another contractor look in the attic to see any damages and he said the original ROTTED plywood was
