David Guttas, and his crew did a excellent job repairing a leak in Laundry room wall. Wall needed cut for repair on a leaking pipe, repaired wall and painted. Very clean work, was completed in a timely manner. David is very knowledgeable in Water Damage and dealing with Insurance. Highly Recommend!!

Played phone tag for several weeks with David. I told him to call me at work during certain hours and he never did. He called me after hours when I did not have my calendar available so I could not set up an appointment for an estimate.
I get the impression he did not want to do small jobs. I wish I could have rated his work, but he just seemed to not want to do the job.
Wrong David, I wanted you to call me at work between 5am and 1pm and that is what I told you. Not between 4am and 6am. Why in earth would you think that?

I got David's number from Angie's list. He came out to restore my flooded kitchen. He will absolutely fight for you. My example is, my insurance originally was only going to give me 3000 for my kitchen. The entire cabinets was one piece and flooring linoleum. As I write this, I am.staring at my 25k dollar kitchen. He does play phone tag, but he is everywhere and we lucked out having him available as soon as we called. Price is very great and was able to do a payment plan based on circumstances. I would use his crew again, but we are moving out of state.

David Guttas was/is amazing. He was so helpful to us from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely a miracle worker when it came to getting the reimbursement we needed from the insurance company. Our ceiling caved in and it was a very stressful time, and David relieved the stress by handling the insurance company, managing the work, getting all the bids, managing all the subs, and giving us an awesome finished product. First off, David and his crew did a great job repairing and re-constructing our home.
Our AC unit leaked and caused water damage in the first and second floors of the house.
David worked with our insurance and walked the adjuster through all the damage. He and the adjuster were quickly able to work out all the numbers to successfully bring the house back to ship-shape. It was definitely great having him as a contractor to help handle all the details in case the adjuster missed something.
It was great having them do the work!
