I did an ADU recently and highly recommend Focus Craft for the following reasons: their friendly and professional approach, A-z help from consultation, taking care of permits and engineers, to the actual building phase of the project all while keeping the place tidy which made the neighbors happy. Unprofessional. Cannot manage money. Terrible work. Hires completely inexperienced workers. I've talked to 3 other clients of his who have all had terrible, corrupt experiences with him. A year later we are fixing work from the remodel he did for us. Plus all his bad reviews all get deleted on Yelp mysteriously. And look at the daTes of his good reviews, years ago!!!

Josef is one of the best contractors we've ever worked with. What began as routine repairs to our stucco exterior grew to long-put-off improvements once we saw the quality of the work done by his team. We ended up replacing our front porch, removing an unwanted door, installing new railings and adding some changes to the paint job. Every step of the way, Josef was considerate and thorough, and we never had fewer than four workers on-site on any given day. I want to personally thank Josef and his team for the wonderful work they did in my house. I had my kitchen, bathrooms and family room remodeled.
Everything went super smooth which as you guys know, when it comes to construction, it's always nerve racking about the possible issues that can arise.
Another area that I thought they exceled in, was how clean my house was kept on a day to day without any messes.
Everything was done on time as promised :)
And yes, yes, yes, Josef and his crew are awesome individuals with amazing personalities.
I would definitely recommend them to any one
