Nelson Construction is a second generation homebuilding company with our main office located in the historic mill building in Simsbury, Connecticut. We are proud of each and every one of our over 400 new homes and apartments built throughout the Farmington Valley.
Developer Ron Janeczko and builder Chris Nelson of Nelson Construction are partners in Landworks Development, LLC. Together they combine land planning and site development skills with the construction experience and knowledge of a second generation builder. The result has been a series of highly successful communities in the Farmington Valley that have garnered many awards from the National and Connecticut Home Builders Associations.
After living in my Simsbury home for over 20 years, I decided to downsize and move into the new Mill Pond Crossing Townhomes. My only concern was the decision-making required with new construction. However, I had nothing to fear. The builder's process was so organized and it was simple to choose amongst the standard high quality options.
