I 75 Autos did it for me again!!!! When no one else helped me in Lake City in 2017. I 75 Auto did everything they could to make sure I got into a good car with a decent payment monthly! That same car I took back to I 75 a few days ago for a trade in. They gave me full trade in value. As well as fought to put me in the car that I have always wanted. I made an appointment with Laura for an appraisal on my Jeep. I came in at 5:15pm (15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time), was helped immediately by Rick. Great guy! I'm only giving a one star because that's the lowest I can give. As far as selling you a vehicle they are (Johnny on the spot)but than again, who can't sell a vehicle. The problem lies with making things Wright when something goes wrong with the vehicle. I bought this vehicle on the 18th of October, on the 20th it would not start. This vehicle has left me stranded 3 times in the 16 days I have had it. I have got to drive it 2 of those 16 days. They have done nothing but lie and give me the run around. Lesson learned..I would not purchase a vehicle from them or any of there other dealer ships in

My mother financed a car through them and honestly the car was really nice and clean but literally after 33 days the car transmission went bad. Turns out the dealership didn't inspect the transmission fluid and it have been leaking. Clearly their job and when we went to solve it all they could do is give us the run around instead of trying to work with her. I wouldn't recommend !

I will try to make this quick but I am very displeased with I 75 auto. The people here are extremely under educated and very rude. They need someone to oversee them because the only few that are polite are Marlin and the guy that helped us the very first day Donnie or something similar, and the lady I spoke to on the phone but never saw in person. But again under educated, the finance manager is very rude. All the general managers that we spoke to at the front Desk are very rude. I am an educated car buyer and researched and purchased a vehicle for my wife's birthday. On delivery had an issue with its lights and the dealer rapidly fixed. The next day indicator lights came on and the dealership let us know that a bearing was going bad and replaced it at no cost! After driving it for 2 hours on a long weekend we noticed fluid under the car and found out the oil cooler needed replacing. The dealer was not responsible to repair this but did and at NO COST. So I called a salesman Elian that I had met on my previous visit to ask if they had a VERY SPECIFIC truck that I wanted. While on the phone my salesman located the exact truck I wanted and told me it was his day off but if I was interested he would meet me at dealership. Seen a truck reasonably priced on internet located@ i75 auto lake City. Was able to locate truck immediately due to small lot. I was greeted by a kind salesman named Shayne and after some conversating I took the truck for a test drive. All went well up until the finance manager took over to make inquiries over financing. I live in Jax Beach and I would never have normally looked for a car all the way out in Lake City. I saw a Honda Pilot online that I liked and figured I would give them a call even though they are sooo far away. I worked with a manager named Tony Taylor and to be honest it was he easiest and best car buying experience. He even brought the car to me to look at with no pressure on buying.
