We had a fence installed in October 2016, installation went on, although they did cut into my neighbors fence with a chainsaw, when making cuts for our new fence, but other than that no major issues. We had to get them to come out to adjust the spacing between our 12 foot gate within days of original install, they were able to make adjustments. We enojoyed our new fence mid October 2016 to February 2017 (4months), then we could no longer get the gate open. We called/emailed to get someone to come out to make adjustments so we could use bathe gate. It took weeks before we even could get ahold of

After years of having nothing but woods behind me, they bulldozed down every tree, and started building a subdivision. They are building the lots up 3 ft or so. Even with 6ft tall privacy fence, that had been there for years, I could see the construction guys walking around the lot from the elbows up! If you look at the "before" pic, you can see the top of the lower section of window, that you raise when you open the window. I checked with a couple of fence companies for a TALL fence. Ascension Fence & Deck LLC came up with a novel idea at a great price. A 2x12 runner along the bottom and 8ft pickets
