At Serviam Construction we have one mission - We serve you. We are a service disabled, veteran and disadvantaged woman owned Small Business General Contractor located in Central Pennsylvania. From the time we begin the project we're more than your average builder. We give life to the concept that is in every way yours to feel proud of.

We provide general contracting, project management, self-performed carpentry, drywall, masonry, concrete, and excavating services. Serviam offers an array of contracting services including design, construction and excavating.

We can handle any job from start to finish. Our team of highly skilled carpenters can handle a wide range of carpentry projects to meet your specific needs. We can handle the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion.
Services
Jayme Orr Rhodes is the founder and owner of Serviam Construction. She is a decorated West Point Graduate who served as an Engineer Officer in the Engineer Corps for the United States Army. She served a 15 month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2007-2008 in which she was awarded the Bronze Star for her endeavors.
We provide general contracting, project management, self-performed carpentry, drywall, masonry, concrete, and excavating services. Serviam should be considered "the right choice" everytime. We have dedicated employees with years of experience that will provide a soild product. The entire labor force operates under clearly defined safety and quality assurance plans making all construction cost-effective.
Awarded contract to assist in maintenance, repair, and construction in support of the Altoona VAMC. Provided upgrades to the VA to required for their commissioning; included Mechanical, Electrical, Masonry, and Carpentry Trades. Upgraded the VA's Security systems to include cameras, swipe cards, and screen installation.

Critical: Professionalism
Too expensive for their quality (lack) of work. Also, very rude. There are plenty of better and cheaper contractors in the area.
