I called for an estimate and they didn’t even try and schedule an in person estimate. I was sent some feedback from Google maps and was told that it would cost over $10,000 and if I wanted an in person estimate it would be $250. Truly disappointed in the quality of service and professionalism they provide.
UPDATE: I have never called and gotten a quote from you for this property nor had there been multiple quotes on this property since I have owned it. Also understand that responsiveness has way more to do with time. I am always polite so yes I thanked you for the quote but I also let you know

Excellence at it's best! Allen Tree Service was willing and able to work around our unique business schedule to improve the look of our property. They were professional and cleaned up all of the debris. Everything was done correctly the first time! I recommend them to anyone, residential or commercial, who needs trees pruned or removed.

The team arrived on time and equipped for the job at hand. They removed 3 large trees and one small tree. Additionally pruned some tree limbs above our home. The men were safe, polite and professional. The results were excellent. The trees To be removed were around some dogwoods that my wife wanted to save. They worked around those trees and did not break a limb. Nice to see folks take pride in their work. Oh and the price was reasonable to boot.

My husband tried to cut a tree we had leaning over our home, but it started to lean more over the house and it was about to snap any minute. Luckily we were able to get a hold of this great company and told them our emergency and they were very serious and quick about getting over to our home. They brought it down safely and no damages to nothing. They knew what they were doing. There services saved our home. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys again for everything. John and “Ziggy” thank you so much for coming out on such short notice and getting out tree emergency handled. We are so fortunate that Rebecca picked up the phone and was able to send John out. We really do appreciate that the guys were here in a timely manner and came out within half an hour of talking to Allen Tree Services. I had a tree that half way fell over onto another tree in the back yard which is very small. They came the same day I called to give an estimate and got it removed the next morning. They were very professional and quick. They were able to remove the tree in a morning and did not charge me for removal. The price was great as well. I would definitely recommend there services!!

Most professional, efficient, and "fast" company we continue to do business with. We have known John and Rebecca Allen for over 16 years. We have a lot of trees removed over the years and Allen Tree is the only company we have allowed to do work on our property. John is very focused and mentors his team to be all they can be. Allen Tree Service was great! It was hard to get an appt because they are busy but now I see why! Their quality of work was great, they did a few small extra things for us with no charge and educated us on a few of the plants we have in our garden. The crew was polite, respectful and hardworking! I would recommend them to everyone!
