Jim and Blake started and completed as stated in the contract. They were here when they said and kept us informed of the process. Everything was well covered and had little dust. We did not have any problems or anything we would have changed.
We especially liked having Kelly help us with the design and selections. She brought samples to our house, kept within budget and gave us ideas that we would not have thought about. The bathroom turned out beautiful and functional.

We are thrilled with our remodeled kitchen by Nate's Custom Renovations! Nate did a great job of capturing our desire for a more open, family-friendly kitchen with additional storage and walk-in pantry. He provided us with a detailed proposal outlining costs so there were no surprises. We were also able to view a computerized 3-D "walk-through of the proposed finished renovation. Huge kudos to Tim, our lead contractor, for making it a reality. His work is top notch - he paid attention to every detail and was very easy to talk to. Nate’s Custom Renovations delivered an amazing final product with our kitchen/entry remodel. My husband and I are working professionals and have worked with construction companies before and been disappointed with the lack of professionalism, late or missed appointments, and delays on finish dates. That is not the case with Nate’s crew. Jarrod, Jim, and Matt were on time every day and stayed within the planned project time frame. Wonderful! We had Nate's Custom Renovations remove a wall between two bedrooms and create a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom and the experience was so great that seven months later we used them to remodel our kitchen/dining room and install wood flooring on our entire main floor. The entire process was smooth from the planning stages to the actual construction. Nate did the design and provided drawings and we were able to modify them up to three times but were happy with the first drawing! Picking out the finishes was a breeze - Nate provided a spreadsheet with the budgeted amount for each item. He

We hired Nate's team to finish the basement of our home in Malcolm and were very pleased with the experience. From the start, Nate was very professional and understood our goals. The first rendering he put together proved to us he was really trying to capture our interests. I had my kitchen remodeled on a very limited budget. It looks so good. I was pleased that the job was done in 3 weeks, as in the bid. I was treated kindly and with respect; I handed them the house key and knew they would be working hard to complete the job and make me happy. We hired Nate Baum to do some remodeling. We started out with our bathroom. My husband had an idea turn our plastic shower into a walk-in with no door or curtain. Nate found 18 inches of space into the small bathroom and went to work to create this lovely bathroom. No grout, and easy cleaning.
We enjoyed it so much we hired him to remodel our kitchen, knocking out a wall and removing tile floor. It turned out beautiful.
