The journey to a new Pratt Guys Dream Backyard often begins at our one of a kind design center. Our clients meet with our backyard consultants at the design center to explore possibilities for their backyard and witness our quality of work. The design center features outdoor kitchens loaded with options, a massive 2-tier pergola, functional fire features, and a natural rock pond.

Big waste of time. We let them know our budget was between 75k-100k so they scheduled a meeting with us. Upon meeting, they said they couldn't do a pool for less than 115k. We thought, if the design was impressive enough, we might be able to stretch it. We met with them a second time and their quote, BEFORE even discussing a simplistic design we were expecting, came in at 135k. I asked what the pool might look like and they said "after you put down 10% ($13,500) we can start working on that." I then asked if the quote would fluctuate and they said "only if you want to

We were so excited to meet with Pratt Guys about overhauling our back yard. Drove out to their show room which is impressive. First impression was good but they were to follow up and never did. After several emails and calls were not returned, my husband drove the 30 minutes out to Pratt Guys again. They had a story about what happened and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later. We drove out again a third time. The person meeting with us... Byron, was not ready when we arrived and we waited. If you are considering Pratt Guys, do it! Get to their showroom and setup an appointment with Adam. He is personable, knowledgeable, and provides top-notch customer service. I met with a Adam a few times when considering a pool builder. Unfortunately, as much as we loved our Pratt Guys experience, we did not go with them. Essentially, it came down to dollars and cents (big mistake). The thing with Pratt Guys is that they put everything in your quote. They do NOT nickel and dime you like other pool builders. Couldn't be happier with our experience using Pratt Guys. We had shopped around prior to going with them and had spoken to 5 other contractors. Pratt Guys embraces technology which makes design, communication and billing seamless and easy. These guys are top notch not only in their craftsmanship but also with the people they employ. Pratt Guys just completed our fantastic new outdoor kitchen and living space! It took a while but perfection was worth the wait! The new kitchen includes a gas grill, Big Green Egg, burner AND a magnificent custom smoker my husband has been dreaming about for years.....the quality of the Pratt Guys work is excellent. This company knows how to create back yard dreams. They constructed an outdoor kitchen that was beyond superlatives. They ensured the entire construction process was transparent. As a matter of fact, the entire undertaking was similar to constructing a new home. We are so happy with our new backyard! We had a cookie cutter lanai with just your basic cement flooring. Our home has an oversized slider that opens up and hides behind a wall to make for a seamless, large opening to our backyard. Great for indoor-outdoor entertaining, but definitely needed some upgrades. We saw some great projects from Pratt Guys and they provided us with exactly the kind of design we were hoping for. My wife and hired the Pratt Guys for an impossible task - to build a courtyard pool in the front yard. No one else would even talk to us, but from the first conversation with the Pratt Guys they were completely onboard. The design was above and beyond what we were imagining. Throughout the project there were a few hick-ups, but the Pratt Guys made everyone of them right and didn't stop until the project was perfect. The project did take more time than initially planned - partially due to weather, partially due to some miscommunications, but the end result was worth the wait.

I have dreamed about a backyard patio ever since I moved into my home over 20 years ago. I saved my money and followed Pratt Guys for more than a few years. The Pratt Guys built me a stunning back yard! I am the envy of my entire neighborhood. I love my pergola and the way my backyard area makes my living space so much larger. The team was great to work with. There was a bit of a delay in the "time frame" they predicted for my job but they were super professional and got right on it when they moved on my job. Pavers, awesome outdoor kitchens ( wood burning pizza ovens!), fire pits, pergolas and probably anything you could dream of to make your backyard your own personal oasis!
Their showrooms is beautiful and if your in the market for an upgrade you should stop in!

Finding the Pratt guys to take down and build our deck was a God Send! We found out about them through a friend that sells roofs. He mentioned them to us and so we went to their showroom (more on that). I also contacted my contractor who build our new kitchen for us. Chris Hazlewood. He was the epitome of a professional and gained every bit of the respect I could give anyone. My husband and I really wanted to change our builder grade backyard. We agreed that the first step was to put in pavers. We went to the 2015 home and patio show and there were so many companies to choose from. My husband did a lot of research and said that The Pratt Guys were the best. Well they are far from it! I'm extremely disappointed in our experience. They promised us the job would be done in 3 days which turned out to be 2 weeks, they stained our wood the wrong color, killed a large section of grass with sealant and burned a few circles in our driveway when they were pressure washing

We received a letter from Tremron shortly after putting our project into motion clarifying

My pergola and patio is the talk of the neighborhood! I had quotes from several companies and Jacksonville and Pratt guys provided a very reasonable price and more importantly provided exactly what I imagined. We had a pergola built, stained, and matching wood wrapping on pillars in my patio. They also installed weatherproof fan and drilled in low voltage wiring into pergola for me. They were extremely professional and finished the project in a reasonable amount of time. I have already recommended these Guys to several friends and neighbors.
