Would definitely recommend Frank's AC. I had them replace my HVAC system and the installation crew did such a fantastic job not only installing the new system, but also relocating it to a better location. The crew from the beginning arrived on time, they were very professional, and they were very knowledgeable. They worked very well together and each took pride on their individual task at hand. I'm very detailed and I could tell by observing them that they paid attention to little details as well. Our AC Blower stopped working (we have an older unit). I called Frank's AC and they had a technician here in 2 hours. He was professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue & resolving it quickly. We will definitely use Frank's AC again in the future!

Amazing customer services, professional technician. I called and they were responsive and on time. I was told that I have to replace the motor but after Hector checked the unit he was able to fix the problem without having to replace any part. I will recommend Frank Air Conditioning to anyone that ask me in the future.

Recommended by several of my neighbors. Our AC was completely out, Iris was caring and helpful, we were able to get a quote within hours however not scheduled to install our new unit for a week, so they brought us a portable unit to use. I’ve never experienced such compassion from a company. Got a called Friday and they were able to get our install 2 days earlier than planned. Team showed up right on time, fantastic communication. Install was super quick, team was very professional! Will recommend Frank’s to everyone!!!

Wow! Frank’s Air Conditioning was awesome from start to finish. Dave came to our home and was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything to us and no pressure. Tiffany in the office was great too. Very pleasant and very helpful. The three gentlemen who installed our new system were wonderful. Their teamwork was outstanding. They also were very courteous, professional, worked hard and cleaned everything up when they were done. They explained how to use the new thermostat and double checked everything before leaving. The installation was flawless and I can’t recommend this

I called Frank's AC on Tuesday Oct 12. The tech came out and said we needed a new motor for the AC as that was why the coils were all iced up. I was told that it would take 2-3 days to get the motor so I paid an extra $40 to get it faster. It has been 90 degrees every day so it has been 88 in the house and plummeting to 84 at night. Very miserable. They came on Thursday to put the new $1100 motor in and of course it was the wrong motor. This is the beginning of where I consider this to be their fault and providing horrible customer service. The guy returned with the right motor 2.5 hours

Called around 10:30 that our A/C condenser went out that morning. The lady who took the call (Iris?) was friendly and took our info and said she would have a technician there that afternoon. They were pretty busy that day. She called back letting us know Jose would be calling 30 mins before getting there. He called to let us know he was On the way and even sent a text with a picture of the technician. He was professional and fixed our condenser quickly during the rain , we were very happy with the price as well. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very happy with the service I received foom Frank's Air Conditioning.The very nice young woman who took my call gave me a quick appointment,David Grierson came out and helped me find the right A/C for my home. I didn't think that my very low budget could afford a Trane A/C but David worked the numbers and made it happen, Today Carlos and JR were right on time and both guys were awesome.despite having to climb up in our tiny attic in unbelievable hot temperature they managed to install/replace the old air handler and outside unit.no goofing off with these guys,they really are hard workers

So my AC went out tonight and I called my usual AC company and they had no emergency service for 4 days!!! So I went on social media and someone recommended Franks so I gave them a call. The woman on the phone was SO NICE! She took my info and promised I'd get a call within an hour and I actually did. Michael R called and said he was on the way. He arrived at 10pm, I felt so bad with it being so late and raining a bit but he was not concerned at all and said I'll get you back up don't worry. What a terrible place, terrible customer service. Scheduled for them to do maintenance at my house two weeks in advance then they call me and my roommate the morning of to tell us they have emergency so cancelled us. I told them we had to make plans because of work schedules etc, they didn't care. Worked out for the best I called another company who fit me in same day for a cheaper price!

We were in a bind that our brand new ac unit recently installed by another company Honest A/C installed and was giving a message to our thermostat that we lost the connection electrically so no air was blowing. The tech tried to help us problem solve on the phone. When that didn't work they came out and addressed the problem and identified a couple of other issues in the wiring and installation and fixed all quickly at a very reasonable price point.

I had the opportunity to get a quote from Frank's Air Conditioning for replacing my AC unit. The Sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, his name was Justin and gave us a great quote. I then worked with Tiffany who spent time researching additional options for us within our price range. Tiffany was also fantastic. Called to schedule appointment and I was given a same day time slot from 4-7pm. Received a call from tech Kevin to confirm I was home and communicate he was en route. On arrival Kevin was able to identify the issue within two minutes (all while I was rambling off all the things that we had attempted to get the A/C to kick back on) Very straight forward and explained the issue and the cost before beginning work. Five stars and a Thank You to Franks A/C!

I "stumbled" upon Franks AC a few years ago after moving into our home and receiving poor service from a couple of independent contractors. My first interactions were over the phone with then service manager Bryan. He won my business by patiently guiding me through numerous discussions regarding a complicated thermostat setup. Other companies I called wanted to charge $100 just to come look at the situation.

I selected Frank's AC to install my HVAC system in the new house that I was building in 2007. They sold me a system that DID NOT have a heat pump included. When it was cold out, the system would not heat up my house even one (1) degree after running four hours!
