Had a problem with leaks on the new roof and gutter they'd installed. If you don't do something right, you fix it, it happens sometimes even to the best in the business, it's not a big deal. The real problem was that it took months and months of phone calls before anyone came out to fix it, that's the thing I got mad about.
All their guys are great, they're straightforward, honest, and up front about everything; and they do a good job. But Joe really needs to get a handle on the folks working the phones. Look at the bad reviews, every single one is about the phone/communication problem.

Also siding installation. The entire company did an excellent job from start to finish, and took time to address any questions and concerns that we had. Crews were very professional and courteous, and cleaned the yard daily. We are extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

JP Roofing was very fast and efficient when installing my new roof. They arrived on time, perform the new installation and cleaned up all in one day on an almost 29 square size roof. The workers were very professional and conscientious. The supervisor made multiple visits to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. The owner, JP, even called to check on my satisfaction. I am so pleased with my new roof. John's crew was great. Have a large roof and they removed the old roof, replaced some some of the bad plywood and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up everything and you would never had known they replaced the roof. Also kudos to Andrew who kept us informed and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was good. Finally the price was excellent for the quality of the work. Would highly recommend them.
