A service call covers a certified technician coming out and diagnosing the problem.
There's nothing worse than a broken air conditioner on a hot day. That's why our trucks are fully stocked for all types of AC repair, 7 days per week. When your AC stops working, Ideal Temp's technicians are ready - and eager - to fix it. We'll also check whether other parts are at risk of failure and show you how to prevent future AC breakdowns.

We called Ideal Temp when our furnace stopped working. Every interaction with their employees from the initial phone call to having Taylor our technician out at our home was incredible. Their office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. All of their technicians were polite, courteous and professional. They took time to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

Another great experience with ideal temp. They did areoseal on our ducts. Duct leakage went from 24% to 3%. You can feel more cold air! also had a new humidifier installed! thanks to Morgan and joe again!

Austin, Derrick, and Joe did a wonderful job at explaining everything from the product to installation. They truly are involved with their customers and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality work. Top notch company and local. Caleb (Service advisor) came to my house Friday
3-26-21 gave me some estimates on different systems. explained everything they would do, answered all my questions. The best thing was he wasn’t a salesman he was a good advisor and if you’ve had companies come to your house and give you estimates you know what I mean by salesman...
I took the weekend to go over the estimate I got from ideal Temp and Other companies. Call to Caleb Monday late morning discussed what system I wanted he had me talk to Matt (I think the owner) he was great discussed payment options I decided on one he sent me some
