My name is Robert Cammarato and I am the owner of Best Way Carpet & Tile Cleaning. I started out in the mid 1980's as a 19-year old in Brooklyn, NY and have been in business for over 25-years. I have seen just about everything in the carpet, tile & upholstery cleaning service industry; from advancements in equipment, cleaning solutions and procedural techniques.

Highly recommend Bestway Carpet to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services. I called Bestway the day before my wedding since the company I had booked cancelled on my the day before. Rob was amazing, he could not be more accommodating for me and really wanted to help me out even though his schedule was booked solid. He told me someone would come to do the carpets even if it was the end of the day. Few hours later Luis showed up to clean the carpets. My carpets looked amazing, I could not be happier. Luis came to my house this morning to clean our dining room chairs that have not been cleaned in nine years… Yikes! We have for young children who are not shy about creating a mess. After Luis was done we were so thrilled with the outcome we couldn’t believe it. We were ready to say sayonara to these chairs but I have to using best way carpet they have given these chairs hopefully another nine years! Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Made schedule with in three days of request. Louis and Kevin arrived on time after one morning call to confirm and a second call to let me they were on their way. Clean, responsive and pleasant to deal with. Had four large area rugs, three flights of stair runners and bathroom tile done in less than two hours. Best price offered. Would recommend.

I will recommend and use this company for everything! First of all their customer service is out of this world. I called them in desperation because I had a previous company cancel on me twice. The owner felt so bad for me that he HIMSELF came out the very next day and cleaned my couch. Not only did he do an amazing job for such a reasonable price but he also gave me tips and tricks on how to keep my floors and couches clean. Great company, great service! Definitely use them!

Luis and his helper Kevin did an outstanding job cleaning the grout in our kitchen and bathroom. Luis explained the process, recommended products to continue cleaning and was extremely accommodating. A call to Carpet Gallery for my home carpet cleaning resulted in a connection to Bestway Carpet Cleaning. Robert claimed to be the new owner and assured me the same level of quality, care and equipment that I had previously received from Carpet Gallery would be provided. The total time at my home for set up and cleaning 2 rooms and stairs was 45 minutes. I fail to see how a thorough cleaning could be accomplished in that time frame, especially based on experience with previous cleanings. Based on all the good ratings I assume there are some happy customers. I used Bestway to clean my carpets in a high-rise apartment (6th floor). I needed to find a company that used portable equipment since working out of a truck 6 stories up would not work. I was told they had portable equipment and could clean my carpets...."No Problem". My assumption was they would show up with equipment similar to what you would rent from a supermarket or Home Depot. Thrilled! I just recently moved into this house and the carpets were light-colored and hadn't been cleaned in I-don't-know-how-many years. Robert walked through the place with me and showed me the areas of concern (set-in stains) and said they'd do extra treatment to all of those areas. I'm very pleased with the results. They got out a lot more of the markings than I thought they would.
They were extremely professional and courteous in their behavior, and even carried a heavy vacuum cleaner up the stairs for me (thank you!).

Great experience with Bestway. Easy to schedule an appointment on the day and time we wanted. It was a small job and we were able to receive an estimate range by phone.
On the day of the appointment, we received a call about an hour ahead of time and were given the option for the job to start earlier if it suited us. When the team arrived they explained the process, how long it would take and confirmed the pricing.
They did a great job cleaning the carpet and upholstered furniture in our large family room. The cost was reasonable, communication was great and the cleaning job turned out

Best Way is super professional and does a great job. We moved into a house where the grout had turned very dark from many years of not being cleaned. Best Way not only fit us into their busy schedule with short notice, but given a floor plan, they gave us a quote on the phone and they honored the price even though the job was actually more than they expected. I would highly recommend them for price, thoroughness and professionalism. We will definitely use them again in the future.
