These guys responded right away to a retail store for a busted lock on the front door. The door is misaligned with the frame so it puts pressure on the lock and will break it after 1-2 years. The last two locksmiths just replaced the lock, but KB adjusted the alignment and widened the hole for the lock this time which should prove a much longer lasting solution. He was also very nice.

Keys misplaced for Chevy Tahoe on weekend and spent half of weekend looking for them. Wife needs SUV to drive kids for school during week. Got an appointment Sunday afternoon and serviceman came same afternoon. He got the job done quickly, fair priced and with a smile.

Omg I can't explain how appreciative I am for Roy ! Literally a life saver . I called to see if they could help us with a key for our car as they were stolen and within minutes KB called letting me know someone would be out . Asked if they could come after I got off work and within 10 minutes Roy was at our door fixing our car . Great attitude , great customer service and truly wanted us to be happy with his service . Called KB Lock & Key this morning asking if they could program 2 Jaguar auto keys and cut the metal keys also after I couldn't stand the thought of spending lots of money at the dealership. The person answering the phone was very professional and within 2 hours or less the locksmith called to say he was on his way and showed up on time.
The locksmith determined that one of the key fobs I had bought online (not a factory original) was defective and could not transmit. He quickly was able to program the other one and cut the key.

Kobi called me today and explained that they don't work on Saturdays, and apologized for the confusion with the charges. He was nice to offer a refund for the additional labor I wasn't quoted over the phone. He also took care of getting me the detailed invoice information I needed for accounting purposes. Kobi clearly wants to keep his customers happy and took the extra effort in this case.
