Interior treatments are detailed throughout all rooms and the garage. Our principal focus is on the safety of your family and your belongings. It is important to keep bugs from spreading. Most pests stick to the baseboards in the house. By treating these areas, we can help eliminate their presence in your home.
Unique feature of your house or front yard to help the technician easily find your residence. I appreciated Bill using shoe covers when exterminating my home because I have a little one and do not allow shoes in. Bill provided excellent customer service. He was easily available to schedule my appointment from one day to the next.
Our manager/lead tech is pest control academy trained in commercial pest control services and holds the company's Certified Commercial Applicators license in Pest, Termites, Lawn & Ornamental and Weeds. Our typical Lubbock client has high standards for pest elimination and prevention and expects a service that is well documented and effective.

Brady came and treated our house for spiders. Prior to the treatment, I was seeing 2-3 spiders a day. I have only seen one live spider in the two days since the treatment. Brady texted ahead of time, arrived on time and was very professional during the visit. I LOVE that this company did not try to sign me up for an annual treatment plan and they were more affordable than other pest control companies I contacted and received quotes from. I used ChemTec at my previous house, but couldn't remember the company. I went through bank statements from over a year ago to track down who I used and was happy

Bill came and sprayed our house. He was efficient but thorough and very aware of the animals we had in the house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and gave me lots of information as this was the first time I had used ChemTec. Pricing was also very good for a basic house servicing. We have not send any new bugs in the house since they came out and have solved our issues.
