I left a review a couple of months ago and the owner called and requested that I take it down but now I called for a service a couple of days ago and they canceled on me last minute. They are extremely unprofessional and I will not work with them for any of my properties in the future if they don't improve costumer service.

I called this company 2 weeks ago in desperate need of air conditioning service. I got a call and was told they would call me back within a day or two so they could come out to my home. I waited and never received a call. Had to find another company after 3 days. Unable to give a ranting on service.. But a call back to advise they were not able to fit me in would have been appreciated..

I called Pro Air because my parents who are elderly had no heat. I explained that my father just recently came out of the hospital and needed heat. The technician came and took care of the problem, fixed a safety issue and got my parents heat. I would definitely recommend Pro Air for your AC/Heating needs.

This is the BEST business for those who seek a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and responsible company.
I have an evaporative cooler and am extremely pleased at the level of workman-like expertise and attention to detail which is typical of Pro Air. I have used them now for 2 years and have lived in Bakersfield for many years. Pro Air is absolutely the BEST.

Worst company in Bakersfield! They don't know anything about HVAC and will screw you over. The technician that came out refused to go in my attic because "I'm a big guy so I won't go up in attics." I'm guessing he's probably in the wrong field. Plus, he reported to my home warranty that my 8 month old air conditioning unit was 15 years old. Completely unprofessional.
