I own a commercial building in their service area that developed a major leak in the expansion joint of the standing seam metal roof. I contacted one commercial roofing company that said the job was too small and suggested that I contact DH Pinnette. I called and explained the situation and they said that they were busy but would get over to repair the problem within the next two weeks. Short story is.... 3 months later, many phone calls, missed appointments and significant damage to an interior wall, they finally shoed up and fixed the issue. Don't waste your money, time, or energy. Project manager Clifford Smith and his team completely botched my husbands and my roof. For 2 years we've been fighting with them after they installed a standing seam metal roof. It leaked not even one year after installation and they told us "call me after the next rain storm to let us know if it leaked or not" 2 years later after Cliff has come out with only the temporary fix of caulking, we are still getting the same answer. We've tried every avenue possible to get them to stand by their 10 year warranty. What warranty? Cliff

My experience with this company was a nightmare. I hired them to put a metal roof over my kitchen which was an addition off the main house. I was living out of state and requested photos on completion. When I moved back a year later, I noticed immediately that the job was not completed AND they did not install the roof properly against my cedar shingles. There was not even flashing between the roof and the shingles leaving a one inch gap clearly seen from the ground. This caused major water leakage in my newly renovated kitchen. They left a 3"x5" area unfinished on the corner of the roof
