Jobs that they were hired for are not finished. Toilet they fixed still doesn’t work, still no hot water and they took the drain off the shower they were supposed to fix and now are not returning my calls. Paid for work done so far and now nothing…I suggest using someone else as I now have to spend more time and money to fix what they were hired to do.

Trusted professional services are hard to find in the 45154 zip. I'm happy that we found Brian's WOW Plumbing. We have used them twice to fix plumbing issues in our aging home (built in 1935!). Gary and his crew do great work, are great at explaining the problem to the customer, and are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Brian's WOW Plumbing.

Call Roto-rooter if you have a clog. Call a reliable contractor for installation, pipe or sewer repair. This company is overpriced, did not fix the issue and almost immediately began with pressure sales tactics trying to coerce me into replacing the entire plumbing infrastructure. Why would I choose to hire a company a second time when they didn't complete the job the first time? Even the office assistant has been trained to pressure sell the customers.

This company is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They can't complete a job. Go anywhere else but here. We called and had WOW plumbing show up to give us an estimate on fixing a tub that was not draining at a rental property. While they were at the rental property they left the door open the entire time they were there in below freezing weather. The plumbing issue they were looking at was completely inside the house. The tenant also said they knocked things off counters and did not pick them up and talked over the tenant and was condescending while there. Eventually they canceled

Amazing. I called with a bit of an emergency--main valve had a pinhole leak--on a Friday afternoon before a holiday. Josh came over within the hour and it was all fixed up an hour later. Price was very reasonable, and I'm going to add this com-any to my contacts for my plumbers of choice. Thanks to Brian's WOW
