Critical: Responsiveness
They did the job well, but the price was ridiculous. I was charged $365 to replace a 1/2 horsepower garbage disposal. The exact same disposal is $115 at Lowe. So I was charged $250 in labor for a 30 minute install. Unbelievable!! My bad for not not getting an estimate first. Valuable lesson learned.

We've used Artman several times before and were always pleased with their service and performance--until today. We were originally given a 30-minute window for their arrival, by 8:00 am. They called to say they were running a little late. A repairman arrived almost 2 hours later. After a quick look at our faucet, he said we needed a new one, the office would be calling us shortly, and that he would be back. After waiting all day and cancelling plans, we called their office at 5:00. We were told they would check on it and get right back with us. That didn't happen. If you're busy

Art was over replacing my bathroom fixtures on 10/4/17. Not only does he do a great job he guarantee his work and materials. He charged me a reasonable price and was glad to give quotes on other jobs, he will be doing for me. Also, he fix my outside leaky faucet and replaced it without charge. If you need an honest, dependable and experienced plumber call Art he"s you man.

When I was looking for fast service I made the best choice on calling Artman plumping, they responded right and came to the rescue. They are very responsible in price and there service is awesome . I can't thank them enough for there work, so if your looking for something getting fixed right away call these guys!

Hey Artman, You Basically ripped us off. So you are wrong. Also, This owner keeps trying to make excuses about his bad workmanship and how his wife screwed up our order from the get go. Stop making excuses. I'm so tired of plumbers who don't know what they are doing and when you post an honest review, they get all offended. Accept that you don't know what you are doing and close your shop and stop ripping off people Artman!

Very unprofessional and half a** with fixing my walls they made holes in and with recementing the concrete they jack hammered. Wife (secetary/receptionist/"boss") was always rude and trying to rush everything so my insurance could pay them, her exact words "The insurance is on us to finish the job so they can close the claim"...I've never known anyone insurance agency to be so anxious to pay anyone..let's hope their quality of work lasts.
