I don't know the name of the gentleman who came out to help us as he never introduced himself. However, once he showed up, he was fantastic! It was the hour-and-a-half wait when we were told 30 minutes that was unacceptable. Then to only receive a 25% discount seemed like a slap in the face. I am truly upset and disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service from the dispatch office. If we had been informed that it would be a longer wait, we wouldn't be as upset.
