From day one of my call to him for a appointment to diagnose a sewer issue at my home Brett was immediately responsive easy to reach and quick to book an appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to provide a solution and plan to correct the matter at hand. Brett of 412 Plumbing is /was always the consummate professional. Cannot recommend 412 plumbing enough. We had a minor hiccup the first time we used them with an employee that, from my understand didn’t last long. 412 plumbing did everything in their power to make things right after that experience, and have blown us away every experience since. Brett is great, personable, humorous and skilled. Dont look anywhere else!!

We called 412 Plumbing after calling a bunch of other plumbers who kept putting us off, for a possible clogged drain. They were the first to call back immediately- Mandy, who scheduled us- was fantastic. She got us in the same day, and answered any questions we had. She called upon the arrival of the techs and they were here soon after. Greg & Rob arrived, and I explained the issue we were having to them. They were knowledgeable and respectful of our home, and even cleaned up after the work was done. Having never dealt with plumbers before, they made us feel comfortable with the work that was going

Nick & Greg did an excellent job switching out our newly-purchased shower fittings for two bathrooms while making sure that the appropriate access panels were installed and water pressure was correct. Nick came out to help us with a badly clogged downspout that went into our sewer line. He managed to clean out one of the worst clogs I've ever heard of in no time. He was great to work with. The whole time he carefully explained what he would be doing, what the possible outcomes were, and exactly how much everything would cost. Once he had everything working, he explained our options for preventing the problem in the future without trying to upsell us on repairs we didn't immediately need. We will definitely be going with 412 plumbing in the future.

Outstanding service! Many thanks to Bob who was super professional and able to fix all three toilets in one trip! He went above and beyond in checking the water pressure in the house and advising us on our unusual emergency drains and to keep an eye on our traps in case of smell. Will definitely use 412 Plumbing again for any future needs.

I want to compliment the 412 Team and the excellent and friendly service. We had a major issue last December and they worked hard and long to solve it as fast as possible. Charges were quite reasonable.
recently we had a relatively minor problem, but major annoyance, and they were able to quickly fit me into the schedule . Issue took a bit longer than anticipated, but it was solved, and indeed, corrected to prevent a future occurrence. Very highly recommended

They did a great job installing some bidets and a kitchen sink for me. Arrived on time and got right to work. Turned out my main problem in one install, which I'd attempted on my own first, was in fact a manufacturing defect in a hard to source part from a bidet manufacturer. The guys got creative and managed to repair the broken part, getting my toilet back in service when otherwise it might have taken days to replace. Cleaned up after themselves. Was able to get a non-emergency appointment within a couple of days. Recommend, especially if you're in the South Hills

Brett and Jarrett came to assess a nasty leak from our tub into the basement. The quote was more than within our price range and fixed in what felt like an instant compared to how long we'd been dealing with this leak. Walt was courteous, quick and efficient. Though I would have been a wee bit happier had I not been charged $65 for a $40 faucet. However, earlier they had sent me a "gift card" of $25 as an incentive to use them again (I would've called them anyway), so I "broke even" on that charge.
