Got a bid for a small decorative iron fence. I had a previous bid covering 115 lineal feet with two gates for $6K. I thought that was high so had Moran come out. We shortened the job down to 96 lineal feet and they quoted just under $12K. Say what? Over $100 per foot for a fence? I emailed that I thought the price was ridiculous. They emailed back "Thank you." Hey, but they did say they could start installation within a couple weeks (compared to early spring for others). No wonder at prices like that. Buyer beware.

I do not recommend this business. We as customers were treated rudely by the woman receptionist and the owner. The man who came out to do the estimate told us the work crew would be there on Sept. 15th, but a truck arrived the day before. We told him he was not expected until tomorrow but to go ahead and fix the fence. This foreman did not come to the door to announce arrival (we just heard a truck driving around to the back) nor did he come to the door to tell us when he finished the job. We couldn't inspect Moran Fencing's work to our satisfaction when the foreman was present. He just left the

I actually paid to get away from this business. After agreeing to handle the permitting for my large fence job (1/3 acre perimeter fence) the owner refused to do so and became extremely hostile immediately. She had purchased fencing material without a permit, so we didn't really know how much material would be required for what the city would approve. I wanted to reimburse her for the fence material and walk away because I didn't feel the business was trustworthy. Bad contractors are bad all the way through the job. She made it as hard as possible to end the relationship. She said the material

I don't ever leave reviews for company's online, good or bad, but I need to with this one. I can't speak for the quality of work these guys do because I didn't even make it past the absolutely rude lady who answered the phone. She is the reason for a 1 star review and the poor quality and not professional marks. She should be fired. I work for a school district south of Spokane and called looking to see if I could get an estimate for a damaged fence we sustained during the windstorm so that we can get it repaired through insurance claim. The fence they put in seems to have been done well, however, communication and customer service have a LOT of room for improvement. Everything that I asked to be clarified or changed was communicated to be "not our problem" by the Moran office folks. The quote was too imprecise to know what was included and what wasn't. The "drawing" was just a hand-drawn outline and not nearly detailed enough to know things would be different than what I was expecting. When I called confused about how long the installation was taking I was treated as if everyone is the world knows how fence installation is done

Our yard had very uneven ground and buried rocks. The crew were experienced in these problems and knew what to do before I even voiced my concerns. To make matters worse, there were other job site crews in the areas they were working. Judd made the situation work within a few minutes and everyone was happy. The fence was more expensive than other estimates but worth every penny. The gates have powder coated steel frames and are built to last and everything is sturdy thanks to a great crew. This company is the best!

The folks at Moran Fence are top notch! I went to them with a sketch of my intended project, and the owner (Truella) told me that she would figure out the materials along with a price, by the next day.
first of all, let me just say, the main reason why I went to these guys, is for their knowledge. Not only will they sell you the materials you need, but they will spend all the time necessary, to guide you and help make sure you are successful!
