For three months I have refrained from posting a negative review in hopes of resolving this issue. However customer satisfaction is not a concern of Montoursville Oxymagic. I arranged to have my white Berber carpeting cleaned by them. When they left, the entire area was grey. I wondered if the fluid was dirty or perhaps the equipment faulty. The technician returned to inspect. He could not identify the cause of the problem. He took photos of the obvious grey and the edges showing where the treatment had ended. They did a great job on my carpets and have great customer service. They were able to pick up the stains on my carpets in heavy traffic areas, kids stains and pet stains. My carpets looked great after they were done. One very nice thing about their type of cleaning (other than being better for the environment) is that the carpets weren't left soaking wet, they dried extremely fast. Highly recommend.
