Our Central Fort Myers store opened in 2001, and we are thrilled to be a part of this community. First and only stop when we were shopping for granite countertops for our kitchen remodel. We picked out our stone on a Saturday afternoon and 10 days later we had new granite kitchen countertops that are gorgeous and were professionally cut and installed. Eric and Anna made the purchase easy and the follow up from the other members of the staff was incredible.

If I could give this company a no star I would. Put a down deposit for the countertop, sink and faucet I only received two out of the three which I was missing the faucet. I asked the installers about the faucet and they stated contact the company. ( also side note installation was supposed to be between 9:30am-11am, installers showed up at 3:00pm. Had to call the company three time to see where they were at.) Called the company and spoke to a Brazilian lady ( lady would not tell me her name.) she threatened to not complete the job and not send out a faucet. Also she was argumentative and hung

Once contract is signed no follow up by company. Installers were 1 1/2 hrs late. We had to call to find out where they were. Sloppy installation. Cut out for faucets were not measured so my plumber had to do a lot of extra work to make them fit. They took NO accountability for their errors. Horrible experience. 2nd time posting this…it was removed previously.

By far the worst company I have ever worked with. We are three months in to the purchase and two months in since the installation and our kitchen is completely debauched. Please be sure to read all reviews and look at the photos online and on social media prior to using this company.
Also, their reply is 100% false, to the extent of hilarity. I still have a huge piece of quartz not installed, none of the quartz was reinforced, the electrical outlets were cut in such a way that it is a fire hazard and would never pass an inspection, the riser itself is uneven. STAY AWAY- Purchased a remnant piece of granite in March to be installed on April 12 in the afternoon. Template made approx two weeks earlier as scheduled. At noon on the 12th received a call from Gina that they would not be coming because " the piece chosen was too big for our job". All measurements were given to them in March and Gina measured the remnant for a proper fit and placed a "sold" sign on it. Obviously since they had made a template two weeks earlier and had not even cut the piece, they never intended to install as promised. To call within the hour of expected arrival suggests the

Had countertops installed in my new kitchen. Unfortunately we were not there when they were installed. Thought the granite would be in 2 pieces and seamed at the sink. Instead they cut 3 pieces with 2 Hugh seams right down the middle of our countertops on each side. When you walk into the kitchen the seams just scream at you. They are so visible. Worse job I've ever had done. Then they never anchored our dishwasher so they came back and the guy they sent couldn't even do the job. Kept giving us excuses why he couldn't do it. It was so bad we kicked him out of our house and my husband
