These guys took many cigarette breaks (they get paid by the hour), but worse, they pressured us into $70 tips per mover (3 guys) and wouldn't finish the job until we had made sure to add a tip. They knew we were moving from out of state and their claim was this was a standard tip for 3 hours of work. They claimed that if we wanted to pay by credit card, it would add $65. They were rude and aggressive. I wouldn't trust them ever again.

Benny and his team did an excellent job moving me out of my apartment. They were careful handling my belongings yet they also moved quickly and were very efficient. Best of all, they were reasonably priced! I definitely recommend Benny, his team and A&A Alliance Moving to anyone moving to or from the NYC, they do great work!!!

DO NOT HIRE. STAY AWAY. Terrible experience. The movers showed up 4 hours late (without calling to explain why and without apology). The company had promised I could pay in cash, however 10 minutes before they showed up, I got a call from a Russian-sounding man demanding that I had to pay $450 cash up front, no checks or credit cards accepted. I stood my ground and demanded to be able to pay with a check. The men put me on the phone with the Russian man again and after arguing and threatening to call the police, he allowed me to pay $300 in cash and the rest in check. They moved my stuff but not
