Very efficient, great price, great job. Had 5 granite bathroom counters installed with new sinks. Isaac had said about 18 days, and the job was completed in two weeks, including measurements, picking out granite, cutting and forming edges, tear out of old counter tops and sinks and installation of new granite tops and undermount sinks. Very pleased with the work!

Horrible....horrible.....horrible company!!! The countertop was over 1/2 short in width from touching the wall and had to have a section added, pieced and glued to fill in the gap! The cut out openings for the two sinks were way too small, so the sinks set back from the opening 1" all the way around!!!!
When I questioned the shoddiness of the job, I, a woman was YELLED at by the foreign installer and felt very THREATENED. I felt very nervous to have them in my home. Every part of this experience with this company was BAD! DO NOT HIRE CITY GRANITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy with my selection and service received.
Picked granite that was from Brazil called Hurricane.
They included a free beautiful stainless steel sink.
Get stainless steel sink grate for bottom right away.
The bottom of sink can scratch easy.
Nice family run business. Highly recommend.
They came from Jordan. Living the American dream.

Ok...so where do I start. I would rate them a 0/5. I went to the showroom and scheduled an appointment for the next day at noon. I text my information to Issac. The next day I called at 11:45 am to confirm the appointment at 12:00 pm. Issac then told me that he was in Akron which is an hour away. He also stated that he would call me back to have someone else give me a quote. Neither happened. No consideration was given for my time or my business. I guess they are too busy to even make a phone call. If this is the way that they do business, then this is a reflection of things to come.
