I first contacted them a month ago about my air conditioner. The first time they came, they didn't write up a report to give to the insurance company, so they had to come a second time. After that got straightened out, I forwarded them a form that needed to be filled out and sent to claims. Two weeks later I got a third phone call saying it still hasn't been sent in. So I called and he said he was going to do it today. Three hours later it hadn't been done, so I called again. He said he needed to call my insurance agent to talk to him about it. Hi my name is Moses Zea and I would like to give my great review to this wonderful company I was without a month and a half with no AC dealing with the home warranty of America they couldn’t find the part that they need to replace my AC so HVAC company came home
To evaluate our air conditioning system find out that the system was totally bad and we needed to replace so anyways let me tell you that I’m so happy that they came home and fix it even though they didn’t have been paid yet and they were so kindly and nice to install the AC unit without BMP that’s what I call an extremelyCompassionate
