Anderson Earl Guthrie, owner of Genkab Home, LLC, is not a person I would ever trust again. He currently has an unsatisfied $50,000 judgment against him as a result of a lawsuit for fraud. The Cause No. is cc-15-02873-e in the Dallas County At Law No. Five Court. In the judgment, Anderson Earl Guthrie admitted to committing fraud and is a non-dischargeable debt under 11USC Section 523 – false pretense, false representation, actual fraud, defalcation, embezzlement or larceny, willfully and maliciously. I would not trust him with your money or construction job. For more information, do a google

I was looking for a house to buy or build. There were a vast amount of contractors with numerous promises, making it a rather challenging decision. However, I came across Genkab Homes, LLC, and decided to give them a call. The owner, Mr. Anderson Guthrie, was kind, patient, and understanding. The company worked diligently with me for days without charge, familiarizing me with various options that suited my interests. Mr. Guthrie's knowledge of home construction was impeccable. I now have a sense of direction and know exactly the type of construction that I want.
