Services
PCA has logged over 3,300 projects and has been retained by developers, contractors, manufacturers, school boards, churches, and individuals for a variety of services. In addition to general architectural services we provide consulting services in several capacities including site planning, interior space planning, handicap accessibility modifications for ADA and the Georgia Handicap Law, project bidding, and contract administration.
For over 39 years we have provided architectural services throughout the state of Georgia and the Southeast. Precision Commerical Architects was originally known as Philip Carnes & Associates and was incorporated in March of 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia, by Philip Carnes. Philip Carnes was actively involved until his passing in October of 2008.
