I highly recommend Texas Tree Service in Kerrville, Texas. I called and left a message and had a return phone call by Kim that afternoon. Jerry and his crew came the next day to trim and prune my Liveoak tree. Very polite and had everything done is a little over 2 hours. The crew cleaned up everything. I give them a 10+ rating. The owner arrived at the property to provide an estimate. Within minutes of arriving, he was able to spot what specific parts of each tree and plant needed attention and why. On the day of service, I arrived onsite after work had begun and the crew asked me if I was happy with the progress. They were very accommodating, making adjustments immediately if I wanted a little more trimmed, etc. The owner arrived moments later, and was quick to explain further details to the crew. Jerry and his crew did an exceptional job removing a huge oak tree that was killed in the freeze earlier this year as well as trimming my two remaining oak trees and three crape myrtles. I had called several tree trimming services and Jerry was the only one to get back with me and did so quickly coming out the same day I contacted him. The work was taken care of the next day quickly and efficently. The area was completely cleaned and all debris was removed. If you are looking for a good tree company, give Texas Tree Service a call. We had a large branch come down from one of our trees a week ago and decided to call a few tree service companies in town. Jerry at Texas Tree Service called me back the same day (the others did not). We set an appointment for him to drop by and provide an estimate. The tree was an mature Bradford Pear showing signs of further damage and breaks to come so we decided to remove it. I called Texas Tree Service at 4:45pm on a Saturday in a desperate situation, and Jerry was here in 30 min! Gave me a reasonable quote along with paperwork to show they were licensed and bonded. His crew was here by 8:45 the next morning, on a SUNDAY, and began work immediately! I had both trees cut up and off my property in just 1 hour! They were extremely professional and prompt in their work. They even swept and blew off the debris from the roof and street in front of the chipper as if they were never there! I will ALWAYS refer family, friends and clients to Texas Tree Service in the future

Texas Tree Service responded right away when we requested a quote, gave us a very reasonable quote and had 3 very large trees down and out within 2 days! Crew and staff very nice and professional and followed up after the job was done. Left the yard clean and did everything we asked. Satisfied customer and recommend them for all things tree!
