I am a furnace repair guy, so i know when you call out a contractor you have a 50/50 chance of getting completely screwed over. Well a storm tore my roof up and all other companies were "booked 2 weeks out". Alin from smart fix came out the next day and replaced my cracked shingles for a very good price. Afterwards instead of pushing me to get a new roof he explained in detail that my roof is old but still high quality and was completely transparent to me about how the pricing worked and the state of the industry. Highly recommend Alin and this company!

Alin with Smart Fix Roofing was excellent to work with. We had a branch come down and take out multiple shingles plus put a hole in the roof decking. Alin helped me work with insurance and replace the whole roof. At the time of replacement, Alin worked with the crew to keep them focused and kept me posted throughout the job. Alin came over the same day as I called to give me an estimate. He took photos of the affected area and gave me a couple of options on how to fix the problem. The estimate was very detailed and within a couple of days, his associate George came over to perform the work. Very good experience overall!

I had a small leak in my roof and was lucky enough to find this great company. So responsive, from my first meeting to my repairs was a total of three days! I received a quote the same day I contacted them. They were at my home as promised 2 days later and documented all repairs made around the chimney with before and after photographs. The owner himself came out the next day to inspect the repairs that were made. It's often difficult to find good quality contractors. These guys were not good, they were great, fair, hardworking and a delight to work with! I would highly recommend this company to

Alin contacted me the morning after I inquired online for a quote about a roof leak and we scheduled for the next day. He explained everything in detail and repaired a section of the roof that had missing/wrongly placed shingles from a previous owner. Extremely happy with the service provided by Smart Fix Roofing. Alin contacted me almost immediately after I inquired online about repairs to my roof. He came out to exam the roof in approximately an hour. He climbed on the roof to do a thorough exam and took multiple pictures to better explain the damage to me. He provided an estimate immediately after discussing the required repair.

I had noticed a stain in my living room ceiling after we had the heavy rain last week and called for Smart Fix to inspect and perform any fixes for the roof and I feared the worst. Alin was knowledgeable and did a roof inspection and via photos he showed me areas that needed to be repaired and addressed. He also showed me how he thought water got in and was able in a about 1 hour or so to finish the repairs and fix my problem. The price was fair and and very affordable.

I highly recommend Smart Fix Roofing. They came out promptly when I had an emergency at 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon and Alin found the problem right away. Alan fixed the hole temporarily so the leak didn’t cause problems over the rainy weekend and then came back out Monday and fixed it permanently for a fair price. Alin was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on the roof.

I had calls out to several roofers for an estimate. Smart Fix Roofing was the first to respond and schedule an estimate for the next day (it was the weekend) before other companies had even responded to my initial inquiry. Once Alin arrived, he was quickly able to diagnose the problem, provided an estimate (which was very reasonable), and was even able to complete the job same-day. He seemed honest throughout the process and even answered my questions not related to the roof (gutters, drains, how to fix water damage, etc.). I had a great experience with this honest and reasonably priced company
