Blue sky was prompt and affordable, but didn't display much attention to detail in our siding installation. They didn't have a sufficient quantity of the siding color we needed, so they painted a similar color to match, but the paint job was lackluster and has a lot of blotches and unpainted sections. The siding itself is high quality, but the adhesives and caulk have been falling apart in the year since they installed it. While I know nothing lasts forever, I had hoped I wouldn't be fixing it myself so soon.

Highly recommend Jimmy, Kamal, and crew for any exterior construction work. They tackled an increasingly complex project wherein we discovered significant wood rot beneath our siding. They walked us through the discovery, potential solutions, and were super accommodating each step of the way. I would recommend working with Jimmy and Skyblue. They replaced the entire back siding of our 3 story building, including removing and installing an attached fire escape. The work quality was great, and Jimmy was transparent and responsive through the whole process. The pricing was transparent and fair as well.

Run Do Not Walk to Hire SkyBlue Builders! Jimmy and his Dad who was the onsite construction manager did a fantastic job of installing 1) brand new siding, 2) new vinyl gutters and 3) new dual pane windows. They have a regular crew of professional hardworking individuals who showed up on time every day, starting work at 8am and were done before 5pm. They were efficient, respectful, friendly and left my property clean each day and best of all they completed the job in record time! Even my neighbors were impressed with the clean up once the job was complete and my house looks fantastic! I can't say

After moving into our new house, we noticed a section of siding at the back that had been covered in vinyl was starting to warp pretty badly.
I contacted SkyBlue Builders, and Jimmy was quick to respond - he asked for some photos of the area and was able to give me a quote based on these that was very reasonable. I had some other contractors tell me it would be very expensive and require scaffolding, even though it was only a 50 sq ft section. Jimmy, however, was no nonsense and stated it would be one day job and they could do it with ladders.

I had a really positive experience with SkyBlue. They replaced a section of damaged siding and window frame on our (very old) apartment building in SF. They set up scaffolding and got the job done in a couple days. And they painted it with matching colors. It looks great now. Jimmy the project manager was easy to work with and fast to respond. He was transparent and fair with his quote, and later with a change order and reasons for the change. Definitely recommend reaching out to SkyBlue for a quote.

We hired Sky Blue to replace rotting siding on our home. The project grew much larger when the extent of the water damage was revealed. However, Sky Blue adapted and very efficiently were able to do the additional demolition and construction. It was a mammoth job, but they were up to the task. The crew was timely and efficient. They were very cautious to wear a mask when they had to come inside the home and they cleaned up the job-site on a daily basis. The quality of the work is impeccable.
