Astro Lock and Safe was one of 2 places that answered the phone when we had no working truck key left (the others didn't call back either). I scheduled a few days in advance for expense reasons. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Eric did a great job and was so kind to me and the kids, and the transponder/ chip key was made for a lower price than we had anticipated (this was not a key copy but a brand new key because we had none and for a 2005 vehicle). Extra key was included included unlock only.. Highly recommend!

Everyone who answers the phone is a clear communicator, and I got an estimate over the phone before we used them. The work came in WELL below their already low estimate and it was clear they were not interested in wasting anyone's time or overcharging.

Came highly recommended by Ace Hardware in Atascocita for cutting a transponder key. Three days later still no key. Day One: They don't have the key in stock and even if they did their auto technician is out in the field. Warning don't let the dealer cut the key..... makes sense a locksmith is more qualified to cut and program a key. Day Two: The auto technician is out. We will have him call you but call us to make sure he is here before you come. He is the only one with the equipment and he takes it out with him in case there is a lockout. Day Three: Check VM no messages. Call to see

If you want fast and great customer service, this is the place to go!! Getting keys made and locks changed is nothing we'd look forward to, but these guys have always made the process pain free and very smooth for me, which I appreciate so much. They answer all my questions and help with finding difficult keys that no one else could copy for me. Please tell all your family and friends that its worth the trip to Humble TX!
