I needed bricks replaced in our chimney in our new home. The ones we had were old from the previous owners. The bricks were an ugly color. The Pro service group was friendly when I called, they gave me a good estimate about how much it would cost to replace the bricks. I felt the price was reasonably.
When they got there, they were professional and went right to work when I showed them the chimney. They were accommodating and I felt comfortable they were doing the job right.

I would like to thank Pro Services Group for the excellent job they did refurbishing and coating the retaining wall around my house. The professionalism came through immediately. It started when their manager Luke suggested a much less costly solution to the problem than the one I originally planned. The price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner given the rainy weather. They asked for my approval before every phase of the work. The two young men who did most of the labor were especially careful, and surprisingly skillful. I can't praise them enough for their masonry and painting

Lukas was a professional from start to finish: he returned my call for an estimate immediately, did an estimate the same day we talked and the phone and offered to come out for a second visit to go over everything in person before I signed off on any work.
We had to repair some of the bricks along the side of the house that were crumbling, and he was fair in explaining what our options were.
