As CEO, Joan Yang built R&J into a $15 million company over 20 years, with sophisticated infrastructure, and tight management and accounting systems. Joan oversees all aspects of the operation including development of business strategy for controlled growth, marketing, staffing, project management and successful execution and completion of all construction projects.
