Don't use the service here, go somewhere else. The people are rude and unreliable. I locked my key in the office. Called and a rude woman answered, sounds like I own her a millior dolloar. Then a black guy came to open the door. Rediculous service, he said I should be smarter next time so not locking the key isnide, only stupid people lock the key etc.. The guy even told me he could open the door anytime he wants, WHAT??? I feel unsafe. The guys just broke the lock without even trying to pick it. If you have another choice, please go somewhere else or you will be regret.

Locked my keys in my car early in the morning before work. KJ came out within 30 min. He was friendly and fast. Price was a little on the higher end but very reasonable. KJ even informed me that I could call my insurance to get reimbursed. I highly recommend DML Locksmith Services - Allen!

Please let me know if I am off base here but I feel like there may have been price gouging happen here. I am moving into a new home. They charged me $929 to rekey 8 deadbolt locks. I think it took about an hour. These were simple cylinder deadbolt locks that he popped out in a matter of minutes, took out to his truck to rekey and then reinstalled them. This was not an emergency call or after hours. Was middle of the day. The work was done well but $929 for 8 locks? Seems way too expensive to me. And they included a $49 service fee and their checkout system directed my wife to have to leave a tip

We just bought two Yale smart locks, but we weren't confident we could do the installation correctly, plus we needed another dead bolt lock. I called DML late in the day, and they fit me in for the next morning. David was the smith, and he was wonderful. Very professional, efficient and neat. Super nice too. He also re-keyed the new locks to match the key for all our others, plus repaired a dead bolt that was working so hard we could barely turn it. Highly recommend David and his family owned DML locksmiths!

Omg what a lifesaver this company is. I walked outside in my robe with a glass of wine to watch the incoming tornado only to find myself walked out. Husband was out of town and with only 6% battery on my phone I called this company while panicking. It was less than 15 minutes before they arrived and safely and harmlessly broke me back into my home.

Called for a free estimate to install a "smart lock". First, they are super-responsive and VERY nice folks. My locksmith was David & he provided me with a Waze tracker to see where he was en route. Got there at the exact time he said.
Next: he had the lock set that I wanted, but here is where it sour. He quoted me $400+ for a lock set that was listed on Google as half that. I told him I would pay the service call but I wasn't going to pay that. He went to his truck to talk to his "managers" and reduced it. Install went well, but I will not be recommending due

We were in need of programming a new RKE transmitter for a 2017 GMC Sierra. We spoke to DML and a gentleman quoted us $125 for the work. We called the GMC dealer and they quoted us $65 for the same exact work of programming an RKE fob. So please be aware that it appears that this business is way over charging the uneducated consumers. I have read all of the reviews and did my homework. The only difference between the two providers was cost. Both required a trip and an appointment.

The deadbolt on my front door lock with keypad broke. I saw the reviews online for DML and called. David answered the phone promptly and I explained my problem. He said he could come over and checked on my safety (wanted to know if I was locked out). I reassured him I was fine. Within a few minutes, he texted me a Waze estimate of his arrival at our home. So this place is either on site or appointment only. I wasn't aware of that when I messaged the company on Facebook. All I needed was a couple of keys copied. David, the owner, met me at their location at 6:15 pm to make 3 keys for a grand total of 6 dollars. The fact that he went out of his way for such a small task says a lot of about this business and how important customer service is.
I hope I never need a locksmith for a more significant task, but if I should I definitely know who I will call.
