Our spring broke on our garage door and they had someone there the next morning. Worked quickly and did an excellent job! Both guys that worked on it were very friendly and even gave me some helpful info and tips I never knew about my garage door. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them again. Thank you!!

It was the dead of winter and a cold day. When I returned from taking the kids to school, the garage door would not open--a spring had busted. I contacted Anderson to handle the repair for two main reasons: first, they have the best value (at least $70 less than a competitor was going to charge); and second, they were willing to handle it the same day (their competitors were going to take over a week to get here). So, I scheduled it with Anderson.
The person that did the repair (Ridge?) arrived on time (actually about 5 minutes early) for the appointment--how's that! I was impressed. Furthermore

David and his partner were an hour early. They quickly assessed the situation, left to grab more parts, were back within 30 or so minutes and got right to it. They made my husband feel better about not trying to fix it himself. They lubed everything up and gave my husband some great advice to keep the squeal away. And the price was much less than we expected. Absolutely will use their services again if needed! Thanks guys!

Kristy is pretty cool! I haven't met Kristy nor her husband Jim yet, but look forward to some day. We were able to take care of everything over the phone and via email. I ordered custom garage doors and they turned out great! (Now I need to pressure wash the house so it can look as good as the doors.) Thanks for all you did for us!

My old garage had the original wood carriage-style doors. They were in terrible shape, and the lack of opener made it impractical to use the garage for the car. We found out that our door opening was a nonstandard size, and several companies didn't end up sending us a bid at all.
