We are still AMAZED at how quickly J R responded to our request for a shower replacement install. BRIAN was phenomenal...fast and professional. He REALLY knows the trade and even though we threw several "CURVES," he never complained about the additional work. These guys put our toilets in when we moved here in September. Had to call them back because the toilet started wobbling. When I spoke to the guy on the phone he said oh that shouldn't have happened this soon so I believed they were going to come out and fix it at no cost. After they got through fixing it however I was told that I owed something. I was in complete shock because it was shoddy work to begin with and like the guy said on the phone it shouldn't have happened this soon it was brand new toilet They installed two toilets in our home and did some other plumbing work. J R Plumbing sent a technician out who has a problem with women. He was disrespectful and rude. He even called my insurance company to give a false report of the problem I was having and then walked off the job repairing nothing. When I called the owner to complain, the owner said he would take care of everything. He asked me to write it all down in a letter, then after receiving the letter, he would not return my phone calls. Out of curiosity, I went to the person's Facebook page who had come out and he had terrible things on it against women! I have since found an excellent plumbing company in
